pACKING can be hard! WE make it easy!
Each of the vans are designed to store your gear in an efficient and accessible way. Think of packing a soft shelled bag like a medium/large backpack or duffel. When settling into the van, simply unpack into the onboard storage solutions and stow your backpack or duffel in the cargo box out of the way.
Avoid hard shelled luggage if possible since it can be an awkward size to store and you will likely use less than you think.
Just bring one of each of warmer layers like a fleece, hoody, and shell. We promise, the wildlife doesn’t care if you wear the same hoody for a week. If anything they like it and let’s be honest, a tacky gift shop hoody is always a great souvenir especially with a story to it.
Keeping it simple will allow you more space to enjoy inside the van or in the cargo box and realize the most important things are the memories made, a clean pair of underwear, socks, and your favorite swimsuit.
FOOD!! THE IMPORTANT STUFF!
We have done away with the ice chests in all the rigs and found our way to the 12V refrigerators. Technology has come a long way and advancements in keeping beers cold, produce fresh, and kraut chilled for dogs with the help of solar energy and battery banks is something we support.
Depending on the length of your trip, think of buying and supplying your rig with 3-5 days of food at a time. It keeps your camp chef inspirations fresh and plentiful space in the fridge.
All cookware, tables, chairs, and dishware are included in each rental specific to the vehicle listing. Please let us know if you have a special requests like your favorite cheese knife for the après charcuterie board and we will do our best to accommodate.
